What to put in it
- → What you are building, or trying to build.
- → What is already in place: the stack, the data, whatever pilot exists.
- → What would make this worth doing, in terms someone outside the team would recognise.
- → Any hard constraints: a date, a budget ceiling, a compliance boundary.
None of this has to be polished. Four honest lines beat a brief, and they let the first reply be useful instead of a list of questions back.
